This incident resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several people hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
